Property Management Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to Langee Realty Inc. By using our property management services, you agree to the following terms of service. Please read them carefully.
2. Definitions
- Services: All property management services provided by Langee Realty Inc., including but not limited to rental collection, maintenance, tenant placement, and advertising.
- Client: Property owner or representative who engages our services.
- Tenant: An individual or entity leasing or renting a property we manage.
3. Scope of Services Via Text Messages
Upon agreement, we’ll provide the services chosen by the client. These services will be outlined in a separate Property Management Agreement, tailored to each client’s needs.
4. Fees and Payments
- The client agrees to pay all fees outlined in the Property Management Agreement.
- All fees are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified.
5. Responsibilities and Obligations
- We will conduct all services professionally and adhere to the highest industry standards.
- The client must provide accurate and timely information for us to perform our services.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee the behavior or performance of any tenant placed on the property. We are not liable for any damage or loss from a tenant’s actions.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If not resolved, parties agree to pursue mediation before taking legal action.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all information related to this agreement confidential unless required by law.
10. Governing Law
The laws of Florida shall govern this agreement.
11. Amendments
Any changes or modifications to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
12. Entire Agreement
This agreement and the Property Management Agreement contain the entire understanding between the parties and supersede all prior written or oral understandings relating to the subject matter.
