Tampa Property Management Pricing.
Plan 1: Tenant Acquisition
- Fee: 1/2 month’s rent (Minimum $700)
- Services: We find you a great tenant
Plan 2: Tenant Relations
- Price: 7% of the rent collected from the tenant
- Additional fees:
- 50% of late payments (When ordered from the tenant)
- 100% of Eviction Notice fees (When collected from the tenant)
- Services: We collect the rent for you and handle tenant relations
Plan 3: Full Property Management
- Price: 10% of the rent collected from the tenant
- Additional fees:
- 50% of late payments (When collected from the tenant)
- 100% of Eviction Notice fees (When collected from the tenant)
- Services: We collect the rent, coordinate the repairs, and handle all aspects of tenant relations for you
- Special offer: No tenant lease renewal fee
Note: All fees are only collected when the tenant contains the corresponding amount.
